The Five Conditions for Change
Healthy transitions have a structure. Whether you arrive here with physical symptoms, burnout, relationship strain, loss of direction, or a professional pivot — the process of real change follows the same underlying architecture.
When change feels chaotic or confusing, it’s usually because one of the foundations is missing. My work is to help you restore the structure that allows change to become stable.
That structure has five conditions.

We begin by clarifying what is actually happening.
Not just the symptoms — but the pattern beneath them.
What is your system responding to?
What is out of alignment?
What is asking to change?
Clarity reduces noise. It reveals the real entry point.
2. Choice
With clarity comes choice.
Not reactive choice.
Not pressure-driven choice.
But grounded, informed decisions that reflect what is true for you.
Change only stabilises when it is chosen.
3. Consistency
Insight alone doesn’t create transformation.
Consistency builds coherence.
Small, aligned actions repeated over time allow your nervous system, your body, and your life to reorganise safely.
This is where momentum becomes sustainable.

When coherence is established, awareness expands naturally.
You respond rather than react.
You act from alignment rather than pressure.
You become less governed by external authority and more anchored in your own.
This isn’t forced growth.
It’s organic evolution and precision wellbeing.
Wherever you enter — through overwhelm, health challenges, relationship shifts, or career crossroads — we work through this structure using a combination of kinesiology, homeopathy, Human Design (BG5), and lived clinical experience.

A 90-minute session designed to clarify what your system is communicating beneath your symptoms, stress, or current life transition.
Before we meet, I review your BG5 Human Design chart to understand the structure you are operating from. During the session, we identify the true priorities using kinesiology and establish what requires attention first.
You leave with:
– An electronic copy of your BG5 chart
– An individualised homeopathic prescription
– Clear next steps
This is not acute treatment or Human Design analysis. It is a structural assessment that defines the most aligned direction for you going forward.

Design Overview
A one-hour session mapping the core mechanics of how you are designed to operate.
This is a stand-alone Human Design consultation.
We examine how you best express yourself in the world, make decisions, interact with others, process information, and sustain personal direction. You gain a clear understanding of what supports your stability, confidence, and personal alignment.
This session provides structural insight you can apply immediately to work, relationships, and daily life.
