Sometimes we forget that we are the caretaker and programmer of this human vehicle in which we live. Our DNA treats our every thought, word and action as an instruction of our intent and responds accordingly. To be the successful orchestrator of our own lives, ongoing vigilance and an increasing level of consciousness around our habitual self-talk is essential.

Most of us are seeking the highest expression of ourselves and wish to lead fulfilling and purposeful lives. In order to achieve this, we must learn how to be active in the world whilst also silently observing ourselves and those around us compassionately and without judgement. What usually happens however, is that we get lost in the confusing battle of wills between our relentless mental chatter and the subtle intuitive impulses which give us insight into the true agenda of our Soul.

Improving our understanding of this internal dialogue and developing these pathways of communication can bring clarity around what it is we actually wish to manifest in our lives and a shift in perspective around any hidden obstacles such as fear of failure, low self-confidence or lack of self-esteem, thereby enabling us to take the next step closer to the future we wish to have.
